Our Roots

Long before Vitality Essences became a brand, its philosophy was taking shape.

Before founding Vitality Essences, Solara worked as a nurse. Her experience in healthcare deepened her appreciation for health, human connection and the importance of caring for our well-being throughout life — not only when something demands our attention.

It also led her to look beyond isolated moments of care and explore a broader understanding of well-being: the relationship between body and mind, movement and stillness, our daily choices, our inner world and the environments that surround us.

Nature became an essential part of that perspective.

In its cycles, resilience and quiet balance, Solara found a powerful reminder that well-being does not always come from adding more, but often from returning to what is essential.

Vitality Essences grew from this vision — bringing together conscious living, thoughtful design, movement, meditation, nature and ritual in a world created to support a more intentional way of living.

At the heart of our collections are exclusive original designs, conceived for Vitality Essences and shaped by our distinctive vision of movement, ritual and conscious living.

Nature often marks the beginning of the creative process. Landscapes, organic forms, natural textures, light and the quiet rhythm of the world around us become inspiration for designs and details with a story of their own.

Alongside our original creations, we develop and refine selected essentials through considered decisions in materials, proportions, functionality, colour and finishing — ensuring that every piece belongs unmistakably to the Vitality Essences world.

We work closely with carefully selected production partners to bring our vision to life, refining the details until each piece reflects our standards, aesthetic and purpose.
