My name is Carina Ferreira, founder of Vitality Essences, and it is with immense joy that, alongside co-founder Luís Canha, I present the story behind this brand, created to positively and inspiringly transform lives.

Since I was young, I felt a special calling, something that told me my mission in the world would be to help people find true happiness and well-being. This desire grew with me and intensified when I became a mother, even before starting my nursing course. At that stage, I realized, more than ever, the importance of caring not only for myself but also for those I loved.

Throughout my career as a nurse, I quickly discovered that the healthcare system, while essential, often focused on treating symptoms and diseases at advanced stages, rather than promoting preventive and holistic care. The routine often kept me tied to reports and computer screens, while the human contact, which I value so much, became scarce. I wanted to do more; I wanted to see people live healthily, not just survive. When dealing with chronic and end-of-life patients, I realized that much suffering could have been avoided with a greater focus on prevention and the balance between body, mind, and spirit.

It was then that I immersed myself in the studies of nutrition, wellness, physical activity, mental health, and spirituality. I discovered that the true secret to a long and healthy life lies in the union of these three dimensions: body, mind, and spirit. Only when these areas are in harmony can we achieve longevity, inner peace, spiritual evolution, and a transformative quality of life. RETURN POLICY

Return Policy – Vitality Essences

You can request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. After this period, we cannot process returns or exchanges.

    2.    Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

    •    Be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    •    Supplements and vitamins can be returned if sealed and unused. Supplements with opened packaging or broken seals are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

    3.    Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect:

    •    Medical or therapeutic devices: Such as oximeters, nebulizer masks, blood pressure monitors, glucose meters, and thermometers.
    •    Personal use devices: Including therapeutic masks for migraines, electrostimulation devices, air purifiers, and SAD therapy lights.
    •    Supplements and vitamins: Supplements with opened packaging or broken seals.
    •    Personal hygiene and intimate health products: Including sexual health devices and nebulizer masks due to health and safety reasons.
    •    Wellness and fitness accessories: Yoga mats, massage mattresses, massage cushions, and other body-contact products cannot be returned if used due to hygiene reasons.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

    1.    Contact us at info@vitalityessences.com with your order number, a photo of the product (if applicable), and the reason for the return.
    2.    Once approved, we will send you a return label with detailed instructions.

The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for defective products or incorrect orders.

5. Refunds

    •    Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If the product is approved for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 business days.
    •    Used, damaged products or those not in the original packaging may be eligible for partial refunds or rejected.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE GUIDE

Return and Exchange Guide – Vitality Essences

At Vitality Essences, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, follow this step-by-step guide to make the process easier.

Step 1: Verify Return Eligibility

Before initiating the return process, ensure that the product meets the return conditions listed below:

    •    The product must be intact and in its original packaging.
    •    Supplements and vitamins must be sealed and unused.
    •    Personal or hygiene products, such as therapeutic devices for sexual health, nebulizer masks, therapeutic migraine masks, portable air purifiers, electrostimulation devices, and SAD lamps, are not eligible for return unless they present a manufacturing defect.
    •    Fitness equipment, wellness products, and health devices (oximeters, glucose monitors, smartwatches, thermometers, etc.) must be in new condition, with no signs of use.
    •    Ensure that the order was placed less than 30 calendar days ago.

Step 2: Contact Support

    1.    Send an email to [support@vitalityessences.com] with the order number, a description of the reason for the return or exchange, and photos of the product (if necessary).
    2.    Specify in the message whether you want a return (with a refund) or an exchange (replacement with another item).
    3.    Our team will respond within 48 business hours, confirming eligibility for the return/exchange and providing additional instructions.

Step 3: Package the Product

    1.    Place the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documents.
    2.    Include a copy of the purchase receipt or the order confirmation email.
    3.    Use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Step 4: Ship the Product

After return approval:

    1.    We will send you a return code with the return address and detailed instructions.
    2.    Take the package to a postal service of your choice.
    3.    You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective products or incorrect orders.
    4.    Keep the shipping receipt and tracking number.

Step 5: Refund or Exchange Process

    •    Refunds: Once we receive the product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take up to 10 business days to be completed.
    •    Exchanges: If you opted for an exchange and the product is available, we will send the new item within 7 business days after receiving the original product.
